Through the “Empowering Together, Serving with Heart” programme, IDSurvey integrates women’s empowerment, early childhood education development, and community collaboration to create sustainable social impact.
Jakarta, 24 July 2026 — In conjunction with the commemoration of National Children’s Day 2026, IDSurvey reaffirmed its commitment to building more empowered communities through its Social and Environmental Responsibility Programme, or Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL), entitled “Empowering Together, Serving with Heart” in Bidara Cina Urban Village, East Jakarta.
Conducted over three days from 21 to 23 July 2026, the programme featured a series of activities focusing on women’s empowerment, capacity building for early childhood education teachers, health education, and the development of environmentally based economic activities. These initiatives form part of IDSurvey’s efforts to create shared value for local communities.
Rather than adopting a short-term charitable approach, IDSurvey’s TJSL programme is designed around continuous assistance and capacity building to enable communities to develop independently. Through three main focus areas—environmental development, micro, small, and medium enterprise development, and education—IDSurvey seeks to foster a social ecosystem that delivers long-term benefits to communities while supporting the sustainable development agenda.
The programme began with training on transforming waste into economically valuable products, aimed at creating new business opportunities for women’s groups. It continued with green lifestyle education for early childhood education teachers and children, the development of educational learning tools, and stunting prevention and intervention activities.
At the peak of the National Children’s Day commemoration, IDSurvey organised training for early childhood education teachers covering self-positive talk, affirmations, journaling, support groups, and crafting activities. The training was intended to strengthen the psychological well-being of educators, who play an essential role in supporting children’s growth and development from an early age.
The programme involved approximately 250 beneficiaries from 20 early childhood education centres in the Bidara Cina area and was implemented in collaboration with the Bidara Cina Urban Village administration, Bakti IDSurvey untuk Indonesia (BISA) volunteers, and Maheswari IDSurvey.
This collaboration reflects IDSurvey’s spirit as a people-based company, in which its employees are present not only as representatives of the company, but also as members of the community who share their knowledge, experience, and expertise to encourage sustainable change.
IDSurvey Chief Financial Officer Sinung Triwulandari stated that corporate sustainability is reflected not only in business performance, but also in the company’s ability to generate meaningful social impact for communities.

According to Sinung, building future generations requires collaboration among various stakeholders to ensure that the benefits created can continue to grow and be experienced by a wider community.

In addition to commemorating National Children’s Day, IDSurvey consistently implements various programmes within its community development areas, including stunting intervention, waste management, the construction of biopore infiltration holes and wastewater treatment facilities, blood donation activities, and schools for senior citizens.
These initiatives form part of the company’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through an approach that prioritises education, collaboration, and community empowerment.
